Anfi Timeshare - Private

This app is for timeshare resorts on the canary islands. It allows rental and resale of weeks PRIVATE to PRIVATE directly without need of any third party between. Main emphasis of the app is on Anfi del Mar & Anfi Tauro clubs.

The features are:

- German, English, and Norwegian language.

- Rentals and resales adverts.

- Overview and in detail view.

- New adverts are marked with colour in overview.

- Published adverts are anonymous (privacy).

- Users can contact the owner by click.

- Advertising requires social media login.

- Sign-in by Google or Facebook account.

- Users can change and deactivate adverts.

- Week portfolio management.

- Timeshare calendar.

- Timeshare calendar with available weeks.

- Request of guest certificate.

- Notifications about wanted weeks.

- Notifications about new adverts.

- General notifications.

All processes are fully automated.

Die App stores the following data:

- advert data including name, email address.

- User name derived from email address.

- No personal data are published (privacy).

- Deactivated adverts are deleted after 5 years.

- Concurrent with the EU data protection law.

Private timeshare market:

- For Anfi del Mar and Anfi Tauro.

- And other resorts on the canary islands.

- Only for private persons called partners.

- Any deal is in the responsibility of partners.

- No third parties are involved.

- The advertiser is responsible for correct data.

- The advertiser can deactivate adverts.

- Partners have to follow rules of the resort.

Adverts:

- Advertising is free of charge.

- Rental adverts expire at arrival day.

- Resale adverts expire after 18 month.

- Expired adverts are deactivated.
